3.2 Nature of the Website

This website is primarily a customer conversion and lead generation platform designed to introduce prospective students to our language learning offerings. Full course delivery may occur through separate platforms or communication channels.

We offer one (1) free demo class per user. The following conditions apply:

• Each individual is entitled to a maximum of one (1) free demo class
• The demo class is non-transferable and cannot be shared with or gifted to another person
• Booking constitutes your consent to be contacted by our team via phone, email, or WhatsApp
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a demo class due to unforeseen circumstances
• No-shows without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the free demo slot

5.2 Payment Terms

All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure, provided that changes will not affect packages already purchased.

5.3 Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued once a paid class package or course fee has been processed and confirmed
• If we cancel a class, we will reschedule or offer a credit for a future class
• No refunds for classes missed by the student without at least 24 hours' prior notice

• Record, screen-capture, or capture video/audio of any session without prior written consent
• Submit more than one demo booking using different names or contact details
• Use our chatbot or contact form to send spam, abusive, or harmful content

• Impersonate another person or entity when submitting any form
